Program Rules & Terms

Eligibility

• Must create a Free Affiliate account on the Buletina platform
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ages 16–17: both affiliate and parent/guardian must complete KYC via didit.me
• Must pass the Code of Conduct quiz before activation

Qualified Referrals

• New Publisher accounts only — first time on Buletina
• Must use your referral code at account creation and payment
• Must stay on same plan or greater for 90 days (no downgrades)
• Must accept Buletina's Terms of Service and Code of Conduct

Plan Commissions

• Solo Plan: $50  |  Trio Plan: $75  |  Pro Plan: $100
• Earned on monthly or annual billing — no difference
• One commission per qualified publisher account

Newsletter Ad Commissions

• Tracked across first 30 newsletters with ads, or 90 days — whichever comes first
• $2–$12 per ad based on publisher subscriber count
• Maximum $60 per newsletter campaign (5 ads × $12 max rate)
• Maximum $1,800 ad commission per publisher referral

Commission Payout

• Paid once monthly, on or around the 21st
• All commissions from closed tracking periods roll to the next scheduled payout
• Methods: ACH, PayPal, or check by mail
• W-9 required before first payout; 1099-NEC issued for $2,000+ annual earnings

General Terms

• Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are prohibited and void all commissions
• Buletina reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program without notice
• Commissions forfeited if referred publisher account cancelled or downgraded within 90 days
• Retroactive credit for forgotten referral codes is not available
